Returns & Exchange Policy

At KOTI, we strive to ensure you’re completely satisfied with every purchase. If you’re not fully happy with your item, we offer a 7-day return and exchange policy. Please review our guidelines below to ensure a smooth process.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

• Items must be returned in their original, unused, and unwashed condition, with all tags attached.
• Products with visible signs of wear, alterations, or damage due to improper handling may not be eligible.
• Only items purchased directly from KOTI’s website or authorized channels qualify.

2. Return & Exchange Process

• Step 1: Contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your item at Whatsapp (+92 301 0335444) OR Instagram (@kotiapparels)  with your order number and reason for return or exchange.
• Step 2: We will respond with instructions and Return Shipping Address if your request meets our policy.
• Step 3: Ship the item back to our designated address within 7 days of receiving.

3. Shipping & Handling for Returns

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect Size/Color.
• For international returns, KOTI is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes associated with the return shipment.

4. Processing Time

• Once received, returns are processed within 5–7 business days.
• For exchanges, a new item will be dispatched within 3–5 business days after the original item’s return is verified.

5. Refunds & Store Credit

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method if eligible. 
• Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
